To stay healthy is everyone’s goal.  And at UHS Stay Healthy, improving your health is our goal.  At our Center, located in the Oakdale Mall near Sears, you’ll discover a whole new world of health and wellness information, including childbirth and parenting classes, lectures and presentations, screenings, plus friendly, knowledgeable nurses and other health professionals to answer your questions.  UHS Stay Healthy is the place where New York goes for health and wellness information.

We served more than 19,000 New York state residents from our Oakdale Mall location in 2010, helping more than 16,400 people keep track of their blood pressure and more than 2,700 people get the health and wellness information they needed.
