If you have an interest in a medical area NOT currently
being offered at UMA Research , you still may fill in a medical field of
interest on the form and someone will contact you in the event a study in that
area becomes available.

Staff Expertise
UMA Research is currently supported by about 25 nurses,
doctors and support staff, carrying out different aspects of our studies funded
by major pharmaceutical companies.
The Research Department employs the following personnel:
.A nurse Manager who is nationally certified with 8
years research experience
.Five nurse coordinators, three of whom are nationally
certified, with a combined 25
years experience .
.Three Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialists
.Five Administrative/secretarial staff
.MultiSpecialty Physicians through the UMA Medical
Group

Clinical Research Experience
Since 1992 United Medical Associates has been involved in
over 30 therapeutic areas with around 40 different sponsors.
In addition, UMA
Research has teamed up with 10 various departments and 20 investigators
(physicians) to take advantage of the latest equipment for medical
investigations.
