Free beverage – Enjoy a free 8-ounce cup of coffee or tea in the hospital cafeteria at Wilson Regional Medical Center or Binghamton General Hospital.  Just tell the cashier you are a senior.

Health risk assessments – Anyone 50 years old or older can receive a free health risk assessment.  To learn more, call Stay Healthy at 607.763.6383.

Immediate access to Project HEAR – Project HEAR (home emergency alarm response) provides emergency help with the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, seven days a week through your home telephone.  If help is needed, you simply press the button on your HEAR activator and within seconds the emergency response operator will speak to you and immediately dispatch appropriate emergency aid.  For more information, contact Twin Tier Home Health at 607.763.8952.

Living with chronic disease – Throughout the year, Stay Healthy Seniors offers a special program on living with chronic disease.  For more information, call Stay Healthy at 607.763.6383.

Physician referral service – If you do not have a family doctor or you need a medical specialist, we can put you in touch with physicians who can help.  Just call our NurseDirect physician referral line at 607.763.5555.

Senior Complete Meals – Enjoy a nutritious and delicious lunch or dinner in the cafeteria at Binghamton General Hospital or Wilson Regional Medical Center for the special Stay Healthy Senior price of $5.85 plus tax.

  • The cafeteria at Binghamton General, located on the G Level of the Memorial Building, serves lunch from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m.

  • The Wilson cafeteria, located in the Picciano Building across the street from the hospital on Baldwin Street, also serves lunch from 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner from 3:45 to 6:30 p.m.
