Dietitians at UHS provide a wide variety of educational services for both group and individual clients of all ages.
Services provided include preventive care counseling and referral-based Medical Nutrition Therapy for:
- Weight management (children and adults)
- Diabetes
- Bariatrics
- Food allergies
- Cholesterol management
- Metabolic syndrome
- Gastrointestinal disorders
- Hypertension
- Disordered eating
All referrals should be faxed to 762-2055 for patient scheduling. Additional information can be sent using the Nextgen referral process. All referrals must include: referring physician and diagnosis(s) with ICD-9 codes.
