UHS offering free tobacco cessation classes
The Tobacco Cessation Center at UHS is pleased to offer tobacco cessation classes at the Stay Healthy Center located in the Oakdale Mall. Classes begin November 26, 6-7:30 p.m. The four week program will teach skills necessary to beat tobacco addiction. The course taught by certified tobacco treatment specialists will look at the many components of tobacco use. Clear and concise plans will be tailored to individual needs. There is no cost for the program.
