UHS Stay Healthy offering free We Can class
The UHS Stay Healthy center will be offering a free We Can class at Binghamton Pediatrics, 34 Mitchell Ave. This four consecutive week class runs Thursdays, August 2- August 23, 5:30-7:00 p.m.
The program is for parents and caregivers looking for healthy cooking/meal planning options on a budget, how to get your family exercising, and decreasing screen time. Refreshments and giveaways at each class! To register call Jenny English at 763-6055.
