Welcome to myUHS

We are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our myUHS patient portal to give you better access to your medical information, including lab results, medications, your personal health record and much more. Additional enhancements will be come available over the coming months and we will be updating this page as upgrades become available.

Please do not use the myUHS Patient Portal for urgent or emergency medical matters. If you have medical questions that need an immediate response, please contact your provider's office by phone; for medical emergencies please call 911.

If you are currently enrolled in myUHS, all of your medical information is being sent to your myUHS account and the next time you log in you will be able to view, save or send this information. You may begin receiving email notifications as we begin to rollout our new product and populate your myUHS account with your medical information.

You may access your account here. If you need help with your username or password, click on the “Need help with your user name and password” link.
