The Sports Medicine Fellowship at Wilson Medical Center offers you a structured, one-year program
that is flexible to meet individual needs and professional goals. The program centers on outpatient
training through the Twin Tiers Sports Medicine Clinic, in-patient exposure through two area hospitals
(including a trauma center) and hands-on clinical experience in the athletic setting through various
sports teams in a community rated by Street and Smith’s Sports Business Journal as one of the TOP 25
Minor League Sports Markets in the Country!
Fellows at Wilson will also work with local school districts, serve as Clinical Assistant Instructors of Sports
Medicine for students rotating through the Sports Medicine Clinic from Upstate Medical University and other schools
and serve as a primary source of sports medicine consultation for the residency programs at Wilson Medical Center.
