Ideal's RED CARPET SM
Program will be included in "The Spirit of Excellence: How Healthcare
Oganizations Are Achieving Service, Quality and Satisfaction". The book is
edited by nationally known healthcare consultant Kristine E. Perterson. The book
focuses on about 120 nursing homes, hospitals and other facilities that have
entered a national award competition. The book was published by Candent Press in November 2004.
Ideal has received the 2003 Press Ganey Success Stories Award in recognition of
our RED CARPET SM Program for residents and employees (commitment to performance
improvement & customer satisfaction). The award was presented to Ideal at
the Press Ganey Annual conference in SanDiego, CA in November 2003.
Ideal is the recipient of the Iroquois Health Care Association's 2003 INNOVATION
in Health Care Award for its RED CARPET SM Program. The award is proudly
displayed in the lobby of the Ideal Skilled Nursing Facility.
