Cash Gifts Cash contributions may be made in the form of outright gifts or may be
pledged over a specified time period.
Stocks/Securities United Health Services Foundation accepts gifts of stocks and bonds. Gifts
of securities may provide an enhanced tax advantage while providing significant
support to United Health Services.
Personal Property Items such as jewelry or art that have appraised values may be donated to
United Health Services.
Gifts of Real Estate A gift of land and/or a house may provide an enhanced tax advantage for
donors or their heirs.
Wills and Bequests Donors make a powerful statement in support of United Health Services when
they name United Health Services Foundation as a beneficiary in their wills. Foundation staff
can provide some suggestions for appropriate language for making a bequest.
Charitable Trusts and Annuities Charitable trusts or annuities may provide immediate benefits to the donor
while supporting United Health Services programs and services.
