United Way Campaign 2012/2013
In order to be eligible for the UHS and United Way Incentive Awards, and you are not changing your existing pledge, you still need to fill out the on-line Employee Pledge Form.
If you would like to cancel your automatic payroll deduction donation, please email Kim Haskell or Sharon Westbrook and they will make the cancellation arrangements. This would be effective: 1/1/2013.
