physician, Chenango Memorial Hospital offers a Walk-In
Center and an Emergency Room. When appropriate,
the Walk-In Center is a fast and safe option for most
minor ailments. The Walk-In Center is fully
staffed with medical professionals and provides care
daily from 8am - 4pm. Located at 4 Newton Avenue in
Norwich, the Walk-in is closed only on Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years Day. (The Emergency Department
at Chenango Memorial Hospital, 179 North Broad Street in
Norwich, is always open.) The Walk-in Center
provides care for minor conditions such as the
following:
- Colds
- Coughs
- Ear aches
- Fever
- Flu
- Minor asthma attacks
- Minor burns
- Minor cuts
- Nausea
- Pink eye
- Rashes
- Sore throats
- Sprains
