The UHS Comprehensive Weight Management Program is led by a team of medical professionals who provide quality care and ongoing support as you work toward your weight loss goals. Our program can help you manage your weight and weight-related health issues, such as sleep apnea, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and joint pain. Whether you choose bariatric surgery or supervised weight management, your support team will include providers, nurses, nutritionists, social workers, exercise physiologists and office staff who are all dedicated to your success. We will help you identify problem areas and work with you to find solutions, whether you choose surgical or non-surgical weight loss.

UHS Stay Healthy offers a monthly Weight Management and Wellness Class on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

This enjoyable class will help you incorporate proven wellness practices and positive lifestyle changes into your daily living. A new topic each month will help you to cope with stress, and stay motivated to make lasting changes.

Best of all, you’ll learn from people who’ve been successful in the battle with weight. Now’s your opportunity to join others facing the same challenges you’re facing and start winning the battle today!

Meetings are free and are held from 6 – 7pm, at UHS Stay Healthy in the Oakdale Mall, the 2nd Wednesday of the month. There is an optional group discussion from 7-7:30pm. You’ll leave each class with a giveaway item and resources that will help you stay focused on your weight-loss progress.
