Nurse Direct:  Have a health question or need a referral to a physician? You can talk directly to a registered nurse by calling Nurse Direct, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, seven days a week.  Nurse Direct is reliable medical information that’s free and confidential.

Online bill pay:  Insurance billing is one of the most confusing aspects of health care.  That’s why UHS makes every effort to answer your questions and resolve your account promptly.  Visit our online bill pay section to pay your bill online, view a sample bill, to help you understand your statement, and visit our website as well as a glossary of common terms to help you understand your statement.

Caring Bridge:  UHS is proud to sponsor Caring Bridge.  This free and easy to use service helps to connect you to family and friends during a health crisis or long-term hospital stay.  Through Caring Bridge you can set up a website that is your personal and private journal, guestbook and photo album.

Convenient Locations:  Your primary care physician is your partner in helping you stay well, treating you when you’re sick and referring you to a specialist when needed.  UHS operates primary care centers and walk-in clinics in many locations throughout Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Tioga counties.  Our primary care physicians and staff are a direct link to the specialists and advanced technology at our UHS Hospitals.  Click here to find a primary care location close to your home.
