United Health Services’ Employee Assistance Program is designed
to help your employees and their family members deal effectively
with everyday personal problems that impair health and productivity.
These problems include, but are not limited to: marital
and family discord, financial hardship, legal difficulties,
physical illness, mental and emotional upset, compulsive
gambling and substance abuse or addiction.
As an employer this program demonstrates your commitment
to an employee, helps to reduce employee loss work time,
employee absenteeism, accidents and the lost of employee
efficiency.
The benefits to the employee are the early identification
of problems, professional confidential help and someone
to talk to outside of work and home.
