Reporting a Compliance Concern
In alignment with United Health Services Administrative Policy 3.3 – Corporate
Compliance, the United Health Services Corporate Compliance Officer and the Corporate Compliance
Council have established formal protocols and reporting mechanisms to receive
and respond to material allegations of fraud, waste, or abuse from management
and staff.
United Health Services System Compliance Line and other reporting mechanisms offer alternative
routes of communication for all employees and independent contractors to
anonymously report their allegations of non-compliance when normal communication
channels are perceived to be inadequate, ineffective, or unsafe by management or
employee.
We are a not-for-profit organization, operated for the public benefit.
Each of the seven member organizations that are part of United
Health Services is owned by the community it serves, and each
organization is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors
composed of local citizens.
