Boards of Directors In
a real sense, United Health Services belongs to the community. United
Health Services is a not-for-profit, community benefit organization is governed by a board of directors, whose members are selected from the communities served by United Health Services Hospitals. The directors serve without pay, and are responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care, creating hospital policy, approving the annual operating plan and ensuring that adequate resources are available to meet the organization's mission.
