New adult wellness seminars to be offered starting in January

Join us the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 6pm to 8pm for “Adult Wellness Seminars” on Healthy Eating, Active Living, and Wellness

UHS Hospitals is offering free monthly wellness seminars on healthy eating, active living, and wellness. Classes are free to attend and offered the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6pm to 8pm. Each class will feature a different health and wellness related topic. Classes will be presented by a healthcare professional such as: registered dietitians, exercise physiologists, health educators, registered nurses, social workers, and pharmacists. We focus the seminars on common goals for health, well-being, and weight management. Healthy living advice and tips will be offered to participants. This is your chance to get guidance from the professionals. Seating is limited. Registration is required for each individual presentation so register early. Program meets at UHS Stay Healthy Center, located at the Oakdale Mall in Johnson City next to Sears. For information please call 763-5092.
