Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation Celebration

UHS Delaware Valley Hospital will be sponsoring a celebration of its cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Both programs offer patients a vast improvement in their quality of life by combining supervised exercise and education.
