New Pediatrician Comes to UHS Delaware Valley Hospital

JeanPetterson1215_webUHS Delaware Valley Hospital is pleased to announce the arrival of its new pediatrician, Jean Petterson, DO. Dr. Petterson comes to us from Laconia, New Hampshire, where she has worked in a primary care clinic for the past 19 years and served a Chief of Pediatrics for 9 years.

She obtained her Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford ME. She then completed her residency at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School Beth Israel Program in Newark.

She is Board Certified in both Osteopathy and Pediatrics and has experience serving as physician for two school districts for the past 9 years.

Dr. Petterson also has held the position of Preceptor for medical students at both Dartmouth Medical School and the University of New England College of Medicine.

She will be caring for children from newborn to 18 years of age at UHS Primary Care in Walton office.
