Ear Nose and Throat Provider joins the team at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital

TillotsonPhysician’s Assistant Rebecca A. Tillotson has joined the Ear, Nose and Throat health care team at UHS ENT in Norwich. Rebecca will work in partnership with Dr. John Paul Sweet and provide Otolaryngology services to the Chenango county area. Chris Kisacky, VP Operations, stated, “We are excited to welcome Rebecca to the staff at ENT. Her services and professionalism increase the scope of services we provide to both pediatric and adult patients.”

Rebecca completed her latest medical Physician Assistant training at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Rebecca has also attended the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa and is excited to share that experience with local residents.

Rebecca commented on why she enjoys ENT specialty services, “I enjoy this specialty because it is a specific part of medicine. Otolaryngology is a combination of medicine and surgery. The patients who seek an ENT provider are not gravely ill and most will get better after we work together.” Rebeca also commented on her hopes for patient interactions, “I hope that my patients and families learn the basic anatomy and physiology of their problem, with the hope that in the future, they can use this knowledge to help themselves stay healthy.”

The ENT/Otolaryngology department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital is excited to welcome Rebecca at 32 Conkey Avenue in the rear of The Eaton Center in Norwich. Rebecca is currently seeing new patients with appointments available daily. For an appointment with Rebecca and the staff at the UHS ENT department in Norwich call 607/337-4368.
