Visit the newly renovated UHS Stay Healthy Center



At the Center, located in the Oakdale Mall, you’ll discover a whole new world of health and wellness information. The Stay Healthy Center has classes, seminars, and CPR recertification courses. Individual lactation counseling and disease management counseling are also offered. 

Visit us to learn more at our grand re-opening on Saturday, June 8, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
There will be refreshments, drawings, free blood pressure screenings and tours available.

Friday, June 7, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. will be open to UHS employees. Refreshments will also be served.
 
The UHS Stay Healthy Center always offers free blood pressure readings and information on making healthy choices. Stop by during business hours for a free reading Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., closed Sundays.
