BC Walks kickoff event at Binghamton University


Join BC Walks at the Binghamton University Events Center and Walk for the Health of it February 4, 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Binghamton University Events Center. This is a free event kick off to get the community walking for health, fitness and enjoyment.  It is for everyone, any age and fitness level. Shannon Miller, Olympic Gold Medalist, author and cancer survivor will be kicking of the event. Participants will have access to the indoor track and will be able to start walking!

Activities will include a healthy cooking demonstration from Sodexo chefs. UHS' Stay Healthy Center staff will be on site handing out health information and frisbees. The voice of the Bearcats will be rocking tunes and health facts. Enter to win raffle prizes. Sign up for BC Walks and receive a free pedometer.
