Management

All of our counselors are master's-prepared mental health professionals who also have a special understanding of the problems faced by employees today, and how those problems can affect personal satisfaction and productivity at home and at work.

Each counselor develops a treatment or service plan for each client that is tailored to that client's specific needs and issues. This treatment plan serves as the basis for tracking the employee client's use of services and monitors his or her progress toward achieving specific outcomes.

All counselors receive specialized training in solution-focused, brief therapy.  Our counselors have completed an accredited graduate curriculum in a human services area and are appropriately licensed and credentialed in their state of operation. Additionally, it is required that each counselor must have completed a minimum of six years of post-graduate, clinically supervised experience.
