Designed to assist your emotional and mental well-being, this resource provides the solutions to many of the problems you and your family may encounter. The service is private, confidential and with masters level certified professionals.

Stay Healthy/EAP program

Our Stay Healthy/EAP program offers community based Nurse Direct services and Wellness Health Programs through our call center located at the Oakdale Mall. You can call or stop in for personal face to face services

EAP Web-based Work/Life component

Our web based Work/Life component and referral program provides additional tools to keep your life in balance - including lifestyle, personal development and wellness benefits. Here you will find information and resources on finding child care, adult care, pet care and parenting support as well as daily living support services such as education, health, career, and help with legal and financial issues.  Available any time, any day, by phone or Web, the service offers live assistance from a professional consultant.
