UHS Geriatrics offers Comprehensive Geriatric
Assessments to help providers better manage elders in their practice.
We focus on dementia and behavior concerns, polypharmacy, depression,
fall risk, and advance directive planning.

patient or a Loved One. All recommendations will be sent to the Primary
Care Physician for coordination of care and appropriate supervision.
