New Pediatrician at UHS Delaware Valley Hospital Practice

David Polge, President and CEO of UHS Delaware Valley Hospital, announced that Jaspreet Sood, MD, a pediatrician, has joined UHS Delaware Valley’s Primary Care practice in Walton. Polge welcomed Dr. Sood stating, “As a pediatrician, Dr. Sood brings a new element of primary care expertise to our community. She sees patients from newborns to 21 years of age.” Dr. Sood is practicing at UHS Primary Care in Walton. “We are happy to have her join us to serve local pediatric patients.”
Dr. Sood is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine, Dominica, West Indies, and completed her specialty training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY. She is board eligible in Pediatrics. Her special interests include disease prevention, respiratory illness and pediatric nutrition. Her practice includes sick and well-child visits, immunizations, physicals, education and referrals, counseling, nutrition and management of chronic diseases.
